Harbor View Inn

Originally opened on the Edgartown Harbor in 1891, this grand shingle style New-England–style resort is the town's oldest hotel and with 141 rooms and suites spread among two main buildings and several cottages it is the largest hotel on Martha's Vineyard. One of their attractions is to take out their 31-foot center console boat which will ferry you to a private beach for a picnic or let your children learn to sail from their private jetty and small beach where they have an excellent sailing program.
