On my back cocooned in the warm waters of the Blue Lagoon, cocktail in hand, whilst watching the Aurora Borealis dance across the sky.

Impossible to choose - but right in this moment - Casa Angelina near Positano: epic views, lemons by the pool, beach club and the best pizza I have ever had.
