After 17 years working in travel, I am loving the Guest Loyalty Team as I get to talk to guests about the whole world! I get to share with guests my passions and ‘best bits’ but also get to discover their bucket list destinations and hear more about those! It also means I have an excuse to visit all those places I haven’t been – most recently Vietnam and Oman! On the list for this year are Venice and Morocco so watch this space for some top tips.
There is always a new angle from which to explore a destination, and I love being able to engage with guests and find out how they envisage their travel experiences. And then, the best bit, we get to make that a reality!

What’s the most incredible natural phenomenon you have witnessed?
The wild Saiq Plateau, 2,000m above sea level, once one of the most inaccessible regions in Oman. The rugged landscape of Jabel Akhdar is now a nature reserve.

How do you deal with jet lag when travelling?
Set your watch to local time at destination as soon as you get on the plane! No napping until bedtime!
