Our teams’ days are made up of trips to the beach, splashing in the pool, playing in the snow and outings to the local attractions – not bad for a day at the office!

Guest Relations Manager
Location: Croatia, Greece & Portugal
The Role
This position is responsible for enhancing our guests’ vacation and ensuring that they get the very best out of their resort / hotel. The Guest Relations Manager will need to build an excellent relationship with our hotel partners, problem solving will form a significant part of your work, as well as the flexibility that comes with acting on ad hoc requests and situations that arise. As well as this, the ability and willingness to get involved in any aspect of the general running of the resort and supporting the wider resort team is essential.
Guest Relations Executive
Location: Greece & Portugal
The Role
Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager; This position is responsible for enhancing the vacations for our guests, ensuring that they get the very best out of their stay with us. You will need to build excellent relationships with our hotel partners. Problem solving will form a significant part of your work, as well as being professional, flexible and adaptable to handle any arising situations. Being willing and able to get involved in any aspect of the general running of the resort and supporting the wider resort team is essential.
Childcare Manager (Croatia, Greece & Portugal)

To run and manage the children’s club operation in resort ensuring the children are cared for in a safe environment and an exciting and stimulating program of activities are provided to all age groups.
Kids Club Assistant (Croatia, Greece & Portugal)

Reporting to the Team Leader / Childcare Manager, you will ensure every child in our care feels safe, secure and protected by providing an environment, both physically and emotionally to promote this. Our aim is for all our young guests (4 months to 15 years) to have a memorable and unforgettable vacation experience packed with a variety of activities in an exceptional setting.
Sports & Activity Leader (Croatia, Greece & Portugal)

Reporting to the Childcare Manager or Team leader, you will provide excellent quality care and entertainment to children aged (5-11) years old with a variety of sports-focused activities in a safe and hygienic setting.

Resort Administrator
Location: Greece & Portugal
The Role
The Resort Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the resort. You will manage on-site administrative tasks, track and control resort spend, ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, and maintain accurate paperwork and records. You’ll liaise with suppliers to organize guest transfers and book Explorers activities, while also being ready and willing to assist across both the Childcare Operation and Guest Experience teams.
