Day 7 – Tuscany to Florence via Siena
After breakfast, enjoy a private transfer to Florence with a stop in the enchanting medieval city of Siena. Take a walking tour through the historic center, beginning at the stunning Piazza del Campo, famous for its thrilling Palio horse races. Explore the magnificent Palazzo Comunale and the cathedral, adorned with colorful marble, and step inside the Piccolomini Library to admire some of Pinturicchio’s most remarkable artworks. Pause along the way to savor a cappuccino and ricciarelli, the city’s famous almond cookies, at a historic café, immersing yourself in Siena’s timeless charm before continuing to Florence.
Day 8 – Florence & Tuscan Wine Experience
Begin your day with a guided walking tour of Florence’s historic center. Discover the city’s origins as a Roman settlement in Piazza della Repubblica, wander through charming medieval streets, and visit iconic landmarks including Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo, and the Ponte Vecchio. Conclude the tour with a visit to the Accademia Gallery to admire Michelangelo’s David and other extraordinary masterpieces.
In the afternoon, embark on an exceptional journey into the world of Tuscan wines. Choose between exploring the history and vintages of Brunello di Montalcino at Castiglion del Bosco or delving into the renowned Super Tuscan wines at Tenuta Prima Pietra. During a private tasting, savor the finest and most prestigious vintages, gaining insight into their aging potential and distinct aromas. Day 9 – Florentine Market & Cooking Class
Start your day wandering the vibrant stalls of a local market, where Florentines shop for the freshest seasonal produce. Guided by your expert Florentine chef, select the finest ingredients for your private cooking class. Return to the kitchen to learn the secrets of regional specialties, with a particular focus on pasta, and then sit down to enjoy the delicious meal you have created.
Day 10 – Departure from Florence
After breakfast and check out, your private driver will transfer you to Florence Airport for your return flight, taking with you unforgettable memories of Tuscany’s art, cuisine, and timeless charm.

Rome enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate. Summers (from June to September) are hot and dry with temperatures often soaring to 37°C. High humidity is also common, particularly in July and August. Winter tends to be moderate, at least by northern European standards, with temperatures averaging around 10°C to 15°C between December and February. Spring (March to June) and early autumn (September and October) are the best times to visit Rome, with lovely blue skies and mild temperatures. November and December are the two wettest months.
Starting in mid-June, the summer rush really picks up, and from July to mid-September the Rome teems with visitors. August is the worst month: Not only does it get uncomfortably hot, muggy, and crowded, but the entire country goes on vacation at least from August 15 to the end of the month (many Italians take off the entire month). Many hotels, restaurants, and shops are closed.
