"The team at the Explorers Club are incredible! The kids loved it, which really helped us feel less guilty about leaving them there and enjoying ourselves! The highlight of our trip was our visit to the Parelia Restaurant, the scuba diving and the surprise spa that Scott Dunn arranged for us for our anniversary. All of these things happened based off of recommendations from the Scott Dunn Team. It genuinely felt like they wanted us to have the best possible holiday, so were regularly in touch recommending things for us to do and places to eat. Lucy, Issy, Brock, and the whole team at the kids' club were truly wonderful in helping us arrange our holiday and looking after our children. A particular thanks, though, goes to Georgia, our Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure we had the best holiday ever!" RM

"Our guide from Dubai, was excellent, who gave me such interesting tidbits about Dubai culture and development. When I shared his nuggets of information with my friends, they too got excited to explore Dubai more. Our Barcelona guide is young in comparison, and may not be as experienced in finding routes for wheelchair users at Park Guell, but he guided us well and gave good historical background to the park. He also knew beforehand, where to find accessible toilet at Sagrada Familia, the accessible route there and he gave an in-depth overview of the different sculptors, Gaudi, other artists and architects who made Sagrada Familia so interesting and beautiful. Overall, our trip to Dubai and cruise on Silversea has been a good experience. All the hotels that were selected by Scott Dunn were accessible and beautiful. The location of the hotels picked were also well thought out. The Dubai resort was a bit out of the way, but it is quiet and have 2 beautiful pools. The Barcelona hotel is walking distance from La Rambla and the London hotel is convenient enough for us to walk to Buckingham Palace, nearby parks and have a good lunch at a Chinese restaurant. The Silversea Spirit may be an older ship, but the crew were wonderful. They really went out of their way to help carry my mom up and down the staircase and tend to her at every stop and never once advised us to stay on the ship instead." SYL

"I enjoyed the trip, most scheduled events went as planned. The local staff, Ali was enthusiastic and helpful. The two guides, Moustafa and Ibrahim were knowledgeable and obliging. Some schedules of visits to very popular sites were changed for the better because of our local guide’s own knowledge of local situation. So we were not overwhelmed by other tourists. I enjoyed my visit to the local family and saw how an educated woman coped with family and life in an Islamic world. The cruise was a comfortable and the food was good.
