Have you ever wondered what a volcano looks like on the inside? This fascinating experience takes you deep inside a dormant volcano, know as the 'Three Peaks Crater'. Entering the top of the crater, you descend to the bottom of its magma chamber, which was once filled with steaming hot lava. The volcano has not erupted for 4,000 years and shows no signs of coming to life any time soon!
Beginning with a scenic hike across a lava field, guests are lowered the 400 feet into the chamber of the crater by an open elevator system for a very close and memorable encounter with a volcano.
