Day 5 - Southbound to the Riviera
Your private driver will collect you from your hotel and transfer you in style to the station for your journey south. Sit back in first class on the direct TGV from Paris to Nice, watching as the landscapes change from the heart of France to the shimmering Mediterranean coast.
On arrival in Nice, a private transfer is arranged to take you directly to your accommodation so you can relax from the moment you step off the train. After check in, the rest of the day is yours to unwind and start discovering the palm fringed promenades, old town alleyways and seafront cafés of the Riviera at your own pace.Day 6 - Perfumed Hills and Provençal Villages
Today your private driver guide will collect you for a full day devoted to the art of perfume and the beauty of the hinterland above the coast. As you leave the shoreline behind, winding roads reveal fields, olive groves and mountain views, with the blue of the Mediterranean never far from sight.
In Grasse, the world’s perfume capital, you will stroll through flower scented streets and visit a historic perfume house, where an expert “nose” will help you create your own bespoke fragrance to take home. The day continues with visits to the charming villages of Valbonne and Mougins, each with its own relaxed Provençal atmosphere and sweeping views. Your eight hour excursion includes your driver guide, transport and a dedicated private perfume workshop.Day 7 - Tastes of Nice and a Romantic Hilltop Evening
This morning, delve into the flavours of Nice on a privately guided street food tour through the old town and bustling Cours Saleya. As you wander from stall to stall, your local guide will explain how Italian influences and local traditions shaped the city’s much loved snacks, from warm socca to pissaladière and sweet treats, all accompanied by tastings and a glass of local wine. It is a delicious and informal way to discover the daily life and culinary heritage of Nice.
In the evening, a private driver is at your disposal for a romantic escape to the fortified village of St Paul de Vence, long favoured by artists and writers. After a stroll through its cobbled lanes and galleries, settle in for dinner at the legendary La Colombe d’Or, where works by great artists line the walls and the ambience is intimate and timeless. Your driver will be on hand to return you to your hotel at the end of this special night.

Day 8 - Hilltop Eze and Coastal Grandeur
Today you will explore the eastern side of Nice with a private driver guide, where mountains and sea meet in dramatic fashion. Begin with panoramic views over the Saint Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula before continuing to the medieval village of Èze, perched high above the coastline.
Wander through its steep, cobbled streets to the famed Exotic Garden, where cacti and rare plants frame some of the Riviera’s most impressive vistas, stretching as far as the Gulf of St Tropez. You will then pause at La Turbie for another breathtaking viewpoint over Monaco and the Italian border, before descending to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat itself to visit the elegant Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. With its manicured themed gardens and Belle Époque mansion, this visit offers a glimpse into the leisurely world of the early 20th century elite. Transport, guiding and entrance fees are included, with free time for lunch at your leisure.Day 9 - A Day in Glamorous Monaco
Your driver guide will collect you for a full day in Monaco, a tiny principality with a global reputation for glamour. Enjoy a scenic drive along the coast before arriving in Monte Carlo, where you can admire the ornate Casino building and feel the buzz of this legendary playground of the rich and famous.
You may wish to head to Monaco Ville to watch the Changing of the Guard outside the Prince’s Palace before a relaxed lunch in the old town. In the afternoon, entrance to both the Casino and the Prince’s Palace is included, with time to explore the palace interiors with an audio guide when open, and, if you choose, to trace sections of the famous Grand Prix circuit or stroll in Grace Kelly’s peaceful gardens. At the end of this memorable day, your driver guide will return you to your hotel.Day 10 - Farewell to the Riviera
When it is time to leave, your private driver will ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer to the airport in a luxury vehicle. Sit back and savour the last glimpses of the Mediterranean as you journey home, taking with you the scents, flavours and memories of Paris and the French Riviera.
