AGUAS ARRIBA LODGE is a sanctuary in the pure Patagonian wilderness at Lago del Desierto, 37 km from the Mt. Fitz Roy gateway of El Chaltén. It is only accessible by boat or a 3 hour hike, ensuring an exclusive and serene journey for nature and mountains lovers who want to immerse in the natural splendor of the Argentine Andes Range.
Hand built from stone and natural woods, the lodge features five generous suites, framing the turquoise Lago del Desierto, hanging glaciers, old growth forest and Mt. Fitz Roy. Activities such as trekking and fly fishing are complemented by unique regional cuisine and wines.
