"Overall, Scott Dunn made it so easy planning our trip and we felt so well looked after. Communication was so easy over Whatsapp and we even had someone at the hotel as a contact point which was brilliant. We are so busy so not sure we’d have planned such a brilliant holiday without you!! The only small negative about our trip is that the allergy markings on the menus etc were quite inconsistent. Myself and my son can’t eat eggs or dairy, and sometimes when ordering food marked as ‘vegan’ etc we were told they contained egg. This made it a bit tricky as we had to ask the kitchen every time we ordered what we could actually eat and sometimes there were more options than at other times. Saying that the food was excellent! It was also tricky to get sunbeds sometimes. But both the beach and pool areas are lovely. The room service is amazing. Saved us when we had to be in the room for babies naptime or bedtime!" PHD

The room was absolutely perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better location. The brilliant sea view made my holiday. The food recommendations were a great selection and ordered perfectly. Also the child care was fabulous. My son really enjoyed it. Definitely worth while, with such a great variation of activities. Fontini and Aliki were very smiley and welcoming. Also finally Brock was brilliant during our time at the resort, responding immediately to my WhatsApp queries during our stay. Thank you!" SS

"I hadn't thought about St Lucia or The Landings until suggested by Sarah Holloway at Scott Dunn. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted for multigenerational family holiday. The combination of restaurants and kitchen in room (apartment) provided flexibility we wanted with toddler. The hotel staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful in restaurants and generally, including the butlers. Room location (First floor Beach view villa) was great, best in resort. Beautiful view over the bay from our room. Apartment was spacious with lounge and dining area and large balcony, well equipped and good standard. The hotel was busy but never felt crowded on beach or at pools. Butlers recommended trips out and booked restaurants out of resort and organised taxis. Sarah advised us not to go all inclusive at the resort and that was also good decision for us, as we were able to try the local restaurants and have more flexibility on meals. The private airport transfers in St Lucia organised by Scott Dunn were efficient and although worried about length with toddler, was fine. Highly recommend both Scott Dunn and The Landings. Appreciated the personal knowledge that Sarah had of the resort when booking and her responsiveness to my queries pre-departure." JCM

"The team at the Explorers Club are incredible! The kids loved it, which really helped us feel less guilty about leaving them there and enjoying ourselves! The highlight of our trip was our visit to the Parelia Restaurant, the scuba diving and the surprise spa that Scott Dunn arranged for us for our anniversary. All of these things happened based off of recommendations from the Scott Dunn Team. It genuinely felt like they wanted us to have the best possible holiday, so were regularly in touch recommending things for us to do and places to eat. Lucy, Issy, Brock, and the whole team at the kids' club were truly wonderful in helping us arrange our holiday and looking after our children. A particular thanks, though, goes to Georgia, our Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure we had the best holiday ever!" RM

"Our trip to Argentina and Brazil was fantastic and everything I hoped for. The support from Grant in arranging the detail and the smoothness of the trip was fantastic. The local partners and guides were all really great and the pre-arranged experiences were everything we hoped for. The pre departure guides were also really helpful. Grant gave some great advice for dinner in Buenos Aires! The hotels were all fabulous. We did make a complaint to Belmond due to the poor set up and service at dinner on both nights which seemed to be a known issue. It was still with staying there though for the location and access to Iguazú falls which made for a very special experience, but for a Belmond hotel it didn’t meet the standards I would expect. The Palacio Duhau, The Vines and Ponchas dos Ganchos were fabulous! There were just two things that could have been better - we had a lot of travelling as part of the trip and twice we had two flights in one day. For at least one of those we saw there were direct flights. I’m sure there was a reason for booking two flights but if it could have been avoided it would have made the travelling not seem so long with taking up a whole day. Also for the internal Brazil flights the luggage wasn’t included. Grant did explain that the airlines wouldn’t allow this to be pre-booked and it wasn’t too much of a big deal but would have been nice not to have to think about getting those added. Overall a fabulous holiday and as always with Scott Dunn, made for a smooth and stress free holiday!" NC
